Are you struggling to care for yourself while caring for your child?

There’s another way—I’m here to help.

If you’re a parent of an autistic child, navigating epic meltdowns in the cereal aisle, I see you. You’re showing up day after day with love, patience, and resilience. But somewhere along the way, you may have lost yourself—overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure of where to begin when it comes to your own health and well-being.

Hi, I’m Janel

A certified health coach and fellow parent walking a similar path. As a mom to incredible autistic twins, I know the challenges you face—the exhaustion, the guilt, the overwhelming love, and the sense that there’s never enough time or energy for yourself.

But I also know this: when you care for yourself, everything changes. And I’m here to help you find your way back to balance, health, and joy.

My Philosophy:
It’s time to nurture the nurturer.

At Nourish Nurture Thrive, I believe that thriving as a parent starts with nurturing yourself. This means taking care of your whole being from your physical health, to your mental, emotional and spiritual health.

When you prioritize your well-being, you bring more energy, patience, and joy into every moment with your family.

My approach integrates simple, sustainable habits into your life—not adding more to your plate, but transforming what’s already there.

When my twins were young, I felt like I was drowning.

Their health challenges consumed my world, and my own health fell apart in the process. I realized that running on coffee and hope wasn’t sustainable. I was frazzled, exhausted, and a shell of my former self.

But I had a turning point—I realized that to care for them, I needed to care for myself. It wasn’t easy, but the transformation was profound.

As I regained my health and balance, I saw my kids blossom, too. I became the calm, confident, and present mom they needed.

What if caring for yourself changed everything?

Let that sink in a moment.

Imagine waking up with energy, feeling calm and present, and knowing you’re caring for your family without losing yourself.

This isn’t a pipe dream—it’s possible. And I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
